Composition of the Formulation: Chopriphos a.i.: 50.00% w/w, Cypermethin a.i.: 5.00% w/w, Capsulating agent-Polyurea: 4.00% w/w, Emulsifier-Ethoxylated Tristyryl phenol/Block copolymer of Polyalkylene Glycol Ether & Hydroxisteric acid: 200% w/w, Dispersant-Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA): 7.20% ww, Dispersant-Lignin Sulfonate: 13.00% w/w, Dispersant-Alkyl naphthalene Sulfonate Condensate: 3.00% w/w, Buffer-Citric acid: 0.30% w/w, Wetting agent-Alkyl Naphthalene Sulfonate: 0.60% w/w, Filler-China Clay: 8.60% w/w, Disintegrant-Sodium citrate: 6.30% w/w, Total: 100.00% w/w. Dosage, Direction for use and Manner and Time of Application: Please refer leaflet for details. Safety precautions: 1. Keep out of reach of children. 2. Keep away from foodstuffs, empty foodstuff containers and animal feed. 3. Avoid contact with mouth, eyes and skin. 4. Avoid inhalation of the spray mist. Spray across or in the direction of wind. 5. Wash thoroughly the contaminated clothes and parts of the body after spraying. 6. Do not smoke, drink, eat and chew anything, while spraying. 7. Wear full protective clothing while handling the pesticides at the time of its mixing and spraying. Symptoms of poisoning: Acute poisoning will be manifest as typical symptoms of organophosphate poisoning, as Chlorpyrifos present at a tenfold higher concentration •than Cypermethin. The early symptoms may be a combination of headache, giddiness, vertigo, nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, sweating, excessive lacrimation & muscle twitching. First Aid: 1. If swallowed, induce vomiting by tickling the back ol throat, Repeat it until the vomitus is clear. Do not induce vomiting if the patient is unconscious. 2. If clothing and skin are contaminated, remove the clothes and wash the contaminated skin with copious amount of soap and water. 3. Iteyes are contaminated, flush with plenty of saline/clean water for about 10 to 15 minutes, 4, If inhaled. re nove the patient to fresh air. Antidote Statement : 1. Atropinize the patient immediately and maintain full atropinization by repeated doses of 2 to 4 mg. of atropine sulphate intravenously at 5 to 10 minutes interval. As much as 25 io 50 mg, of atropine may be required in a day. The need for further atropine administration is guided by the continuance of symptoms. Extent of salivation is a useful criterion for dose adjustment. 2, Dissolve 1-2 gm of 2 PAM in 10 ml distilled water and inject intravenously very slowly •for 10-15 minutes. Cautionary Statement: 1. Not be used on any other crops than those subscribed on label and leaflets. 2. Destroy the container after use as directed on leaflet. 3. Product is toxic to aquatic invertebrates and fish and thus may be avoided near aquaculture and during active foraging period of bees.
