This project introduces the Semester-Aware Learning Dialogue Framework (SALDF), developed as a full-stack web application using Python and the Django framework in accordance with IEEE academic standards. The system integrates a Dialogflow-based conversational interface with a hierarchical knowledge organization model structured by academic year and semester classification. SALDF dynamically maps student queries to semester-aligned syllabi, subject modules, and institutional learning materials. Administrators can upload and update course content in real time, ensuring curriculum relevance and adaptability during academic transitions. The framework also incorporates student progress tracking mechanisms to personalize responses based on academic advancement. The centralized knowledge management architecture supports deployment across engineering institutions, facilitating syllabus guidance, semester-specific exam preparation, and resource distribution across campuses. Designed strictly for academic and research purposes, this project demonstrates applied conversational AI integration, structured knowledge engineering, and full-stack web deployment for curriculum-aware educational support systems.
