The workshop is a great opportunity to learn about all the features of the IEDB database and tools, and to have your research questions answered. Following the success of the virtual user workshops in 2020-2024, the IEDB hosted a 3-day virtual workshop in 2025 with over 630 registrations. Day 1 covered an overview of the IEDB curation process, database structure, and content. Day 2 explored the Next-Generation Tools and Analysis Resource, and day 3 covered specialized topics such as the Cancer Epitope Database and Analysis Resource (CEDAR) and the Los Alamos National Lab HIV Databases and Tools.
