We take a property that is desperate for a refurb and transform it into a place that we’re proud to call our own. This handsome property was once two terraced houses that were converted into offices—and we converted them back into a sumptuous residential haven. The finished product is a first class 11-bedroom student HMO perfect for anyone seeking a bit of class. This property is perfectly located. The town centre is just across the road, as is the bus station. So for students travelling to either Keele or Staffs, it's ideal. This was a big project, taking approximately 6 months to complete. As is the norm with a HYPE HMO refurb, we went back to bricks. As we discovered with its next door neighbour, student accommodation is much sought after in this area. The property is not close to campus, but it is close to all the amenities you could possibly want as a student. There is even a Domino’s literally around the corner. Student friendly indeed.
