Railfanning Boston: Chasing 2 MBTA Readville Switchers on the Grand Junction PLUS MBTA Cab Car 1528!

Time stamps for the two chases are as follows: 0:00 - 4:52 = GP40MC 1119 East; LHF with 1 coach & 1 cab car West 4:52 - 9:07 = GP40MC 1119 LHF leading 2 HSP-46s East; with GP40MC & HSP-46s West BONUS: 9:07 - 10:04 = Inbound MBTA with cab car 1528 (MBTA Salute to MA Veterans livery), MBTA coach 520 (South Coast Rail livery) & HSP-46 2015 I took two trips on consecutive Sundays to Boston to catch some trains moving around South Station, as well to chase the Readville Switcher; a MBTA "yard job" primarily dedicated to move equipment from the yards on the South side to & from BET on the North side. The short branch line through Cambridge, MA that this train utilizes is called the Grand Junction, named after the old railroad bridge over the Charles River on the western entrance of the line. The line passes through part of the MIT campus, and crosses over several main streets of Cambridge, which make for great spots to film this train. This train is one of my favorite MBTA trains to film! Hope you all enjoy the video! Filmed January 2021
