Early mornings, little sleep, and still showing up. This week was all about trying to lock in a better morning routine while balancing gym sessions, real estate calls, and content creation. I’ve been reading The Miracle Morning and slowly testing pieces of it — waking up earlier, getting workouts in before the day starts, and figuring out what actually works for me instead of just talking about it. Some days felt great, other days I was running on two hours of sleep and pure discipline. Hit a new personal best on my run, stayed consistent with cardio, made my daily calls, and even pushed through a shoulder workout that completely drained me. Not every lift was a PR, not every day was perfect, but the goal right now is momentum — just keep stacking days and don’t break the streak. Appreciate you following the journey.
