(Actually, it is still very famous and popular) Anyway, our generation (like me and my hubby) used to love Pocket Monster character cake what our Korean generation used to get in grocery market. I and my hubby miss that pocket monster chocolate roll cake. It’s exactly inspired Pocket Monster chocolate roll. It’s very soft and delicious. Enjoy my recipe and baking video. But, I hope it will be helpful to you guys♥ ● Chocolate cream chocolate 1/2 cup fresh cream 1 cup dark rum 1tsp (optional) ● Cocoa cake egg yolks 4 ea sugar 1/5 cup salt 1 pinch oil 2 + 1/2 Tbsp warm water 2 Tbsp cake flour 2/5 cup cocoa powder 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp egg whites 4 ea sugar 1/3 cup  Ingredient ( x 1 30*30cm roll cake pan / x 0.75 / x 1.5) ● Chocolate cream chocolate 70 / 52 / 105 g fresh cream 200 / 150 / 300 g dark rum 1tsp (optional) ● Cocoa cake egg yolks 4 / 3 / 6 ea sugar 30 / 22 / 45 g salt 1 / 1 / 1.5 pinch oil 30 / 23 / 45 g warm water 30 / 23 /45 g cake flour 40 / 30 / 60 g cocoa powder 20 / 15 / 30 g egg whites 4 / 3 / 6 ea sugar 50 / 38 / 75 g Camera: Panasonic DMC-G7W Recorder: Zoom H6 #초콜렛롤케이크 #초코롤 #발렌타인데이 -------------------------------------------------------------------------- This recipe is my creative work what I put my passion.
