Recipe for: Patatnik NECESSARY PRODUCTS: Potatoes - 1 kg. (peeled). Cheese - 200 g (crushed). Onion- 1 head (finely chopped). Eggs - 2 pcs. Butter - 30 gr. Oil Salt Pepper Jojen METHOD OF PREPARATION: Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. Add some salt and mix. Wait 10 minutes for them to turn on the water. Drain the potatoes and transfer them to another bowl. Add the crumbled cheese, eggs, finely chopped onion, salt, pepper and chives to taste. Stir to combine everything well. Heat a pan to medium heat (I have it on 6 out of 9 degrees). Pour a little oil and half of the butter into the pan. When the butter has melted, pour the mixture into the pan and carefully spread it by pressing lightly on top. Bake for about 25 minutes. 25 minutes later. Place a large plate on top of the pan and carefully invert the patty onto the plate. Pour a little more oil into the pan and return the patatan to the pan. Bake for another 25 minutes. Take out the finished patatnik and wait for it to cool slightly. Enjoy your meal!
