Don't forget to subscribe: / @adamcantcook 🥒 TRADITIONAL TZATZIKI RECIPE Ingredients 1/4 cucumber, grated 1-2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt 1/4 lemon juice 1 garlic clove, minced Fresh chives, finely sliced Salt and pepper Method Mix together all ingredients. Taste and adjust salt (add pepper if desired). 🧄 SUPER GARLICKY TZATZIKI RECIPE Ingredients 1/4 cucumber, grated 1-2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil, plus extra for roasting the head of garlic 1/2 cup greek yoghurt 1/4 lemon juice 1 head of garlic 1 garlic clove sliced 1/2 garlic clove, grated (ideally on a Microplane) Fresh chives, finely sliced Butter Salt and pepper Method Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
