Simhamukka debut transmission part 2 Mandala and Consecration 圣尊莲生活佛首传狮面空行母不共大法19980207 Transcript 下附中文原文 At the beginning of our practice, the first step is to enter Simhamukha’s tantric mandala. You must enshrine Simhamukha and make offerings to her mandala. Guru Rinpoche once said—he is a rainbow incarnation—future disciples, future tantric disciples, whenever they create his mandala, which is the altar, and make offerings to his mandala, he will appear within the mandala. This is Guru Padmasambhava’s vow—samaya. It is a vow made by Guru Rinpoche: if you enshrine my mandala, I will certainly appear upon that mandala. So today, as you can see in Tibetan Buddhism, they put great effort into making sand mandalas. They work very hard to create the mandala. After completing it, they perform the practice, and when the practice is finished, they dismantle it. Sometimes they pour it into the sea as an offering to the Dragon Kings, or they bring it to the mountain top to offer to the mountain gods and protector deities. They work so hard to make the sand mandala, or paint mandalas, yet after the practice they take it down. Why is that? It is because of Guru Rinpoche’s vow back then. He vowed that as long as you set up the mandala—the altar—he will appear upon it. Therefore, as of now, we also create mandalas here. This is the dharma protector mandala, and there are also mandalas of the various deities. We create mandalas of all the deities because once the mandala is properly established, they will appear in it. I would also like to share something with everyone. Once, Grandmaster had a very marvelous experience. It is not that Maitreya Buddha moved. Rather, it happened when I was consecrating the Maitreya Buddha. At that moment, the first ray of sunlight happened to shine upon Maitreya Buddha. That in itself is quite ordinary—it is no big deal that sunlight shines on the statue. But what was extraordinary was that all the birds in the woods descended and chirped together. That was the remarkable part. Think about it. At Rainbow Villa, on the mountain top, there is a small Maitreya Bodhisattva statue placed there. When I performed the consecration, there were people present who can testify. Before the consecration began, it was completely quiet—there was no sound at all. But the moment I began the consecration, as soon as the sunlight shone and I uttered the word “consecrate,” all the birds flew down. Around the trees surrounding Maitreya Bodhisattva, they all chirped together in unison. That was already quite amazing. I feel this kind of sign appearing during consecration is already very good. I hope that in the future, all the True Buddha School masters, reverends, and fellow disciples will learn the consecration method well. When you have mastered it and go out to help others perform consecrations, may all the female vajra dakinis perform the vajra dance, and may all the deities emerge from their images to perform the vajra dance. At that time, it would truly be remarkable. I hope you can have such an achievement. The mandala spoken of by Guru Rinpoche means the altar. This is the first very important point: offering mandalas. Every time we practice a sadhana, we must enter the mandala. Simhamukha herself has the mandala of Simhamukha. To practice her dharma, you must enter her mandala. According to the vow—samaya—a mandala is required. 在我们修法开始的时候,第一步大部分都是进入狮面空行母的密坛。你一定要供狮面空行母,要供养她的曼陀罗。莲花生大士曾经讲过一句话,他是虹光化身。他说,以后的弟子,以后的密教弟子,只要做出他的曼陀罗,也就是坛城,并且供养他的曼陀罗,他就会显身在曼陀罗里面。这是莲花生大士本身的一个誓句三昧耶。这是莲花生大士所发的誓愿:你供养我的曼陀罗,我必显身在这个曼陀罗之上。 所以今天你看藏密,他们做沙曼陀罗是非常辛苦的。他们把曼陀罗做好,然后修法;修完法以后,又把它倒在海里,供养龙王,或者拿到山顶上供养所有的山神、护法。他们做这个沙曼陀罗很辛苦,做好以后,修完了法,又把它删掉。这是为什么?或者画曼陀罗。就是因为莲花生大士当初所发的誓愿。他发誓,只要你做曼陀罗坛城,他就显身在曼陀罗之上。 所以大家知道,现在我们这里也做曼陀罗。这是护法的曼陀罗,也是诸尊的曼陀罗。我们为诸尊都做曼陀罗,因为只要你把这个密坛建立好,他们就会显身在这个上面。 这里面我也要跟大家讲一件事。师尊有一次也是很精彩的经历。并不是弥勒佛有动,而是我在给弥勒佛开光的时候,虚空中的第一道太阳光线刚好照在弥勒佛身上。这个本来是很平常的,因为光照在弥勒佛身上是小事。真正的大事是,树林里面所有的鸟全部下降而且一起叫。 你想想看,在彩虹山庄山顶放着那一尊小弥勒菩萨。我开光的时候,当时也有人在场,可以作证。要开光之前非常安静,什么声音都没有。一开光的时候,太阳一照,我一讲“开光”,所有的鸟全部飞下来,在弥勒菩萨周围的树林边一起齐声鸣叫。这个已经很了不起了。我觉得已经很了不起。开光能够出现这种征兆,已经是很好了。 我希望以后我们真佛宗的上师、法师,所有的同门,都能够学会开光法。你们学会开光法,将来出去给人家开光的时候,所有的金刚女性空行母全部跳金刚舞,所有的神像、佛像全部出来跳金刚舞。那时候就不得了了。希望你们能够有这样的成就。 莲花生大士所讲的曼陀罗,就是坛城。今天我们供坛城,这一点是非常重要的。我们每一次修法都要进入坛城。狮面空行母本身有她的坛城。你要修狮面空行母的法,就要进入她的坛城。根据誓句三昧耶,都是需要有坛城的。 #livingbuddhaliansheng #truebuddhaschool #padmasambhava #guru #rinpoche #simhamukka #singamuka #mandala #dakini #tantra #tantric #tantrayana #buddhadharma #蓮生活佛 #真佛宗 #莲士 #莲生活佛 #莲花生大士 #狮面空行母
