Say hello to an old favourite - this kundalini yoga kriya to clear the chakras is a diamond of a kriya - it works its way up from muladhara chakra at the root to shahasrara at the crown, and out to the aura, which is considered the 8th chakra in kundalini yoga. I hope you enjoy the sublime states of bliss with this lovely little kriya. As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury.
