this was the first song i ever played on the ukulele and i was really new to it, so i came back to this one now that it's been a while and i'm a bit more comfortable with singing and strumming at the same time :) wow time really flies. i wrote this comically long and completely imaginary love song (or more like a novel with a tune lol) back in high school, and now i'm about to graduate from grad school. but still as hopeless of a romantic as ever. my original recording of this was rough hdshdhs but i was touched that the comments were so sweet and encouraging! this re-recording is...still rough around the edges as always haha but def a noticeable improvement! progress :) here are the lyrics! enjoy!! 1.
