During your transition from the (very) SAD (standard American diet) to a low carb - or Carnivore Diet - you could very well be battling with your sweet cravings. Let me show you how to combat this with a delicious Keto/Carnivore snack! Our pancakes are made with simple animal based ingredients and is super versatile. Feel free to make this your own or strictly follow the directions below. Pancake Ingredients: 4 Eggs 4 oz Cream Cheese Butter for your pan Optional Topping: 1 C Heavy Whipping Cream Crushed Coffee Beans Directions: Makes ~12 Pancakes 1. Blend all ingredients until smooth consistency (total product is equal to ~300G) 2. Grease your hot pan with butter. 3. Scoop 2 tbsp of “Batter”on buttered pan - wait until bubbles form and the edges are dry (2-3 minutes) before flipping over. Cook additional 30 seconds then remove from pan. 4. Use hand or stand mixer with whisk attachment & on high speed to whip heavy whipping cream into high peaks. Apply heavy whipping cream in between pancake layers and/or on top of your pancake. Enjoy! *Tips:* Add 1 tsp vanilla - or - cinnamon or added flavor Store leftover pancakes in fridge for up to 3 days. #carnivorediet #zerocarbs #nosugar #healthylifestyle
