Instructions 1. Wash chicken with vinegar and lime; pat dry. 2. Season with veggies, jerk marinade, spices, browning, and a little oil. 3. Brown chicken in oil on all sides. 4. Cover and cook 25 mins. 5. Stir in orange juice and ketchup; simmer 15–20 mins until saucy. 6. Serve with rice, cabbage, or fried dumpling.
