Removing Stubborn or stuck screw down watch back mkII

A step by step guide showing an easy way to remove a screw down watch back which is either really stubborn, stuck or siezed. Bacially stuck so tight normal watch tools will not work. Using Standard tools should be tried first this method is the last ditch attempt when all else fails and it is really stuck on. The solution is to glue another nut to the back and use spanners to release it, then remove the nut. This how to guide takes you through each step of the process. This was a real a problem for me with this solar powered watch when the battery needed replacing, and this is me actually removing the back. It is not a reconstruction the back was not budging at all when I started and in the end I have the watch opened.
