Rather than blazing through our yoga practice using momentum, together we will slow down, tap into our inner ease and strength to FEEL our way through. Remember that the Yoga practice is a journey, enjoy and honour where you are at today, as each day is different. Listen to your body first and foremost. If something feels painful or intuitively not right, please ease off and listen to those signs.
