I'm always on the lookout for new bikes to bring back from the dead, which means more fix up videos. :) Plus I live in San Diego and plan strapping my go pro for some beach rides. :) First I'm sorry about any wind noise. The wind started to pick up as I started filming. :) This is my new 2001 Suzuki Bandit 1200S. It has roughly 49k miles, and was owned by a couple that had another 1200 and a 1250 they were currently using. I've brought a dozen or so bikes back from the dead, and I hope this one will go smoothly. I paid $1400, but there are a couple of hundred dollars in California DMV fees I'm going to have to pay. I has been in storage for somewhere around 5-7+ years if I remember right. There are a ton of repairs/upkeep projects I have planned for this bike. I've already taken the carbs out and have filmed the tear down and cleaning of these carbs. They were totally goo'ed up...2 of the diaphragms were immobile.
