Due to the high fibre content of Oats, it becomes a very good weight loss recipe. Best part of this recipe is that there’s no cooking needed. Ingredients: Rolled or Instant Oats - 5 Tbsp Chia Seeds - 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Seeds - 1/4 Tsp Sunflower Seeds - 1/4 Tsp Sesame Seeds - 1/4 Tsp Chopped Almonds - 3-4 Chopped Walnuts - 3-4 Raisins - 15-20 Chopped Apricots - 3-4 Dried Cranberries - 1 Tsp Flax Seeds Powder - 1 Tsp Mixed Berries Desiccated Coconut - 1 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 Tsp Cocoa Powder - 1/4 Tsp Honey - 1 Tsp Milk - 1/4 Cup Strawberry Yogurt - 2-4 Tbsp Yogurt - 2-4 Tbsp Sliced Bananas 1-2 Method Berries & Banana Oatmeal In a mason jar or glass jar, add 5 Tbsp rolled or instant oats. Add 1 Tsp Chia Seeds, 1/4 Tsp Sesame Seeds, 1/2 Tsp Sunflower Seeds, 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Seeds, some Mixed Berries, a few Cranberries, 4 Tbsp Strawberry Yogurt, 1/4 Cup Milk, give it a nice mix. Close and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, take them out and give it a quick mix. Garnish it with fruits, nuts and seeds of your choice. Cinnamon & Nuts Oatmeal: In a mason jar or glass jar, add 5 Tbsp rolled or instant oats. Add 1 Tsp Chia Seeds, 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon Powder, 1/4 Tsp Sesame Seeds, 1/2 Tsp Sunflower Seeds, 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Seeds, 2 Tbsp Yogurt, 1/4 Cup Milk, give it a nice mix. Close and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, take them out and give it a quick mix. Garnish it with fruits, nuts and seeds of your choice. Choco-Berries Oatmeal: In a mason jar or glass jar, add 5 Tbsp rolled or instant oats.
