श्वेता ने बना दी एकदम नई इंस्टेंट पनीर की सब्जी|Restaurant Style Paneer Do Pyaza|Zayka Ka Tadka Live This recipe was prepared by a lovely Mom: Shveta Sheth Recipe Ingredients Oil - 2 tbsp Cloves / Laung - 2 to 3 Cardamom / Elaichi - 1 Bay leaf / Tej patta - 1 Onion / Pyaz - 1 Finely chopped + 1 Diced Salt - As per taste Cumin Seeds / Jeera - 1/2 tsp Tomato Puree / Tamatar Puree - Of 1 tomato Capsicum / Shimla Mirch - 1/2 Finely chopped + 1/2 Diced Turmeric Powder / Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tsp All Spice Mix Powder / Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder / Dhaniya Powder - 1 tsp Cashews Paste / Kaju Paste - 1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese / Paneer - 1 Cup Diced + As required Dry Fenugreek Leaves / Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - A handful tsp = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon Instructions Heat oil in a pan. Add clove, cardamom, bay leaf, cumin seeds, and finely chopped onion. Mix well. Saute it for a few seconds on high flame. Then add salt for the onion and mix well. Saute it for 1 to 2 minutes on high flame till the onion becomes light brown. Keep stirring occasionally. Now add tomato puree and mix well. Then add finely chopped capsicum, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, all spice mix powder, coriander powder, and a little salt. Mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring occasionally. Further, add cashews paste and mix well. Now add diced capsicum, diced onion, and paneer. Mix well. Saute it for 1 to 2 minutes on high flame. Keep stirring occasionally. Now add dry fenugreek leaves by rubbing between your palms and coriander leaves. Now grate paneer on it. Once done, slightly mix it. Turn off the flame and take it out in a serving bowl. 'Restaurant Style Paneer Do Pyaza' is ready to be served.
