प्रोटीन से भरपूर क्रीमी और स्वादिष्ट सब्जी-श्वेता की स्टाइल म|Soya Butter Masala|Zayka Ka Tadka Live This recipe was prepared with Fortune Soya Chunks by a lovely mom : Shveta Sheth Recipe Ingredients FOR PREPARING SOYA CHUNKS : Fortune Soya Chunks / Soya Vadi - 2 Cups Water - As required Salt - As per taste Butter - 2 to 3 tbsp Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder / Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp FOR PREPARING SOYA BUTTER MASALA : Oil - As required Onion / Pyaz - 1 Chopped Cashews / Kaju - 6 to 7 Ginger / Adrak - 1 Inch chopped Green Chilli / Hari Mirchi - 1 to 2 chopped Tomato / Tamatar - 3 Big sized chopped Water - As required Bay Leaf / Tej Patta - 1 Cinnamon Stick / Dal Chini - 1/2 Stick Cardamom / Elaichi - 1 Clove / Laung - 1 Salt - As per taste Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch Powder - 2 tsp Turmeric Powder / Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp All Spice Mix Powder / Garam Masala - 1 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves / Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp Butter - 2 tbsp Fresh Cream / Homemade Malai - 2 tsp + For garnishing Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - A handful + For garnishing tsp = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon Instructions FOR PREPARING SOYA CHUNKS : Boil water in a pan. Add salt and Fortune Soya Chunks. Mix well. Boil it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring occasionally. Once done, turn off the flame and strain it. Take it out in the water bowl using a slotted spoon. Then squeeze out its water using your hands. Take it out in a bowl. Heat butter in a pan. Add the prepared Fortune Soya Chunks, salt, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder. Mix well. Saute it for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame. Keep stirring occasionally. Once done, turn off the flame and keep it aside. FOR PREPARING SOYA BUTTER MASALA : Heat 2 to 3 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add onion, cashews, green chilli, ginger, and tomato. Mix well. Add salt and mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and cook it for 7 to 8 minutes on low flame till the tomato becomes soft. Keep stirring occasionally. Once done, turn off the flame and let it cool down. Then transfer it to a grinding jar and grind it by adding water for a few seconds to prepare its gravy. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cardamom, and clove. Now keep the flame low and add the prepared gravy. Then add salt, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder. Mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and cook it for a few seconds on medium flame. Keep stirring occasionally. Now add all spice mix powder, dry fenugreek leaves by rubbing between your palms, and butter. Mix well. Now add fresh cream and mix well. Then add prepared Fortune Soya Chunks and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Saute it for 1 to 2 minutes on low flame. Once done, turn off the flame and take it out in a serving bowl. Garnish it with fresh cream and coriander leaves. 'Restaurant Style Soya Butter Masala' is ready to be served.
