मम्मी ने आज प्रोटीन युक्त इतनी स्वादिष्ट रेसिपी बनाई | Shahi Soya Kofta Curry | Zayka Ka Tadka Live This recipe was prepared with Fortune Soya Chunks by a lovely mom : Vijay Haldiya Recipe Ingredients FOR PREPARING SOYA KOFTA : Fortune Soya Chunks / Soya Vadi - 1 Cup Water - As required Salt - As per taste Ginger / Adrak - 1 Inch chopped Green Chilli / Hari Mirchi - 1 Chopped Boiled Potato / Uble Hue Aloo - 1 Peeled and mashed Gram Flour / Besan - 1 & 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder / Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tsp Coriander Powder / Dhania Powder - 1 tsp All Spice Mix Powder / Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp Clarified Butter / Ghee - For greasing Oil - For frying FOR PREPARING SHAHI SOYA KOFTA CURRY : Oil - As required Onion / Pyaz - 2 Chopped Tomato / Tamatar - 2 Chopped Cashews / Kaju - 5 to 7 Garlic / Lahsun - 4 to 5 cloves Ginger / Adrak - 1 Inch chopped Green Chilli / Hari Mirchi - 2 Water - As required Cumin Seeds / Jeera - 1/2 tsp Bay Leaf / Taj patta - 1 Cloves / Laung - 2 Cinnamon / Dal Chini - 1/2 Stick Cardamom / Elaichi - 2 Black Peppercorns / Kali Mirch - 3 to 4 Turmeric Powder / Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tsp Coriander Powder / Dhania Powder - 2 tsp Salt - As per taste All Spice Mix Powder / Garam Masala - 1 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves / Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp Fresh cream / Homemade Malai - 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - A handful + For garnishing tsp = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon Instructions FOR PREPARING SOYA KOFTA : Boil water in a pan. Add salt and Fortune Soya Chunks. Mix well. Boil it for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame till it becomes soft. Keep stirring occasionally. Once done, turn off the flame and strain it. Take it out in the water bowl using a slotted spoon. Then squeeze out its water using your hands. Take it out in a grinding jar. Add ginger and green chilli. Grind it for a few seconds to prepare its paste. Take it out in a mixing bowl. Add boiled potato, besan, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and all spice mix powder. Mix well. Grease your palms with ghee. Take a small, ball-sized part of the kofta mixture, roll it between your palms and make a round shaped kofta. Likewise, prepare all kofta from the mixture. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan to fry the kofta. Place the prepared kofta into the hot oil. Deep fry them on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes until it turns crispy and golden brown from all sides. Then, take them out to a plate using a slotted spoon. Keep it aside. FOR PREPARING SHAHI SOYA KOFTA CURRY : Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add onion, tomato, cashews, garlic, ginger, and green chilli. Mix well. Add a little water and salt. Mix well and saute it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame till it becomes soft. Stir it occasionally. Once done, turn off the flame and let it cool down. Then transfer it to a grinding jar and grind it for a few seconds to prepare its gravy. Now heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon stick, cardamom, black peppercorns, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder, all spice mix powder, and the prepared gravy. Mix well. Saute it for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring occasionally. Then add a little water and mix well. Add dry fenugreek leaves by rubbing between your palms, fresh cream, and coriander leaves. Mix well. Add the prepared soya kofta and mix well. Once done, turn off the flame and take it out in a serving bowl. Garnish it with coriander leaves. 'Shahi Soya Kofta Curry | Soya Kofta Curry' is ready to be served.
