ऑफिस लंच बॉक्स के लिए डिनर के लिए One Pot पाव भाजी| Pav Bhaji In Pressure Cooker|Zayka ka Tadka Live This is Recipe No. – 2 Of One-Pot Meal Series by a lovely Mom: Shveta Sheth Recipe Ingredients Clarified Butter / Ghee - 2 tbsp Butter - 1 tbsp + As required + For garnishing Garlic / Lahsun - 3 to 4 Cloves chopped Onion / Pyaz - 1 Finely chopped Carrot / Gajar - 1 Chopped Beans - 1 Cup chopped Capsicum / Shimla Mirch - 1 chopped Green Peas / Hare Matar - 1 Cup Cauliflower / Fulgobhi - 1 Cup chopped Potato / Aloo - 1 Cup Chopped Tomato / Tamatar - 1 Big sized finely chopped Beetroot / Chukandar - 1/4 Cup chopped Salt - As per taste Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirchi Powder - 2 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala - 1 & 1/2 tbsp + As required Black Salt / Kala Namak - As per taste Water - As required Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - A handful + For garnishing Bun - 2 Lemon Juice / Nimbu Ra Ras - Of 1/2 lemon tsp = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon Instructions 1. Heat ghee and butter in a pressure cooker. Add garlic, onion, carrot, beans, capsicum, green peas, cauliflower, potato, tomato, beetroot, salt, red chilli powder, 1 & 1/2 tbsp pav bhaji masala, and black salt. Mix well. 2. Add water to submerge the veggies in it. Mix well. Cover it with its lid. Cook it till 6 to 7 whistles on medium to high flame. Once done, turn off the flame. Let it cool down completely. 3. Then open it and mash it using an electric hand blender. Then heat it and mix well. 4. Add 1 tbsp of butter and mix well. Boil it for 1 to 2 minutes on low flame. Once done, turn off the flame and add lemon juice. Mix well. Take it out on a serving plate and garnish it with butter and coriander leaves. 5. Meanwhile, heat a tawa. Add 1 tsp of butter, 1 tsp of pav bhaji masala, and coriander leaves. 6. Now take buns and cut them from between. Put them on the tawa. Roast it from both sides for a few seconds by covering it with masala. Press it while roasting them. 7. Once done, turn off the flame and take it out on a serving plate. 8. Pav Bhaji In Pressure Cooker | One-Pot Meal' is ready to be served.
