श्वेता ने बनाई प्रोटीन से भरपूर स्वादिष्ट रेसिपी रेस्टोरेंट वाली|Soya Tikka Wrap|Zayka Ka Tadka Live This recipe was prepared with Fortune Soya Chunks by a lovely mom : Shveta Sheth Recipe Ingredients Fortune Soya Chunks / Soya Vadi - 1 Cup Water - As required Salt - As per taste Mustard Oil / Sarso Ka Tel - As Required Turmeric Powder / Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch Powder - 2 tsp All Spice Mix Powder / Garam Masala - 1 tsp Coriander Powder / Dhania Powder - 1 tsp Salt - As per taste Black Pepper Powder / Kali Mirch Powder - 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder / Jeera Powder - 1 tsp Black Salt / Kala Namak - As per taste Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp + As required Dry Mango Powder / Amchur Powder - 1/2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste / Adrak-Lahsun Paste - 1/2 tsp Curd / Dahi - 2 tbsp Onion / Pyaz - 1 Sliced Tricolor Capsicum / Shimla Mirch - 1 Cup sliced Half Cooked Roti - 2 Green Chutney / Hari Chutney - As required Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - For garnishing tsp = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon Instructions Boil water in a pan. Add salt and Fortune Soya Chunks. Mix well. Boil it for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring occasionally. Once done, turn off the flame and strain it. Take it out in the water bowl using a slotted spoon. Then squeeze out its water using your hands. Take it out in a bowl. Keep it aside. Now take 2 tbsp of mustard oil in a mixing bowl. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, all spice mix powder, coriander powder, salt, black pepper powder, roasted cumin seeds, powder, black salt, chaat masala, dry mango powder, and ginger-garlic paste. Mix well. Add curd and mix well. Now add the boiled Fortune Soya Chunks and mix well. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add the prepared Fortune Soya Chunks mixture and mix well. Add onion, tricolor capsicum, and salt for onion and capsicum. Mix well. Saute it for 2 to 3 minutes on high flame. Stir it occasionally. Once done, turn off the flame. Now take half cooked roti. Apply green chutney on it. Now add the above prepared Fortune Soya Chunks mixture vertically to the centre of the paratha. Sprinkle chaat masala on it and add coriander leaves on it. Now fold the roti to make a wrap. Press it. Likewise, prepare another wrap. Meanwhile, heat the tawa. Apply oil to the tawa. Place the both wrap on the tawa and roast it. Flip it to roast from the other side. Roast it from both sides till it becomes crunchy. Once done, take it out on the serving plate.
