Another body doubling video for my neurodivergent and/or chronic pain folks (and everyone else too)! Sometimes I'm just having a tough day and I just do the absolute minimum that I must do to get by. This is one of those days. The dog needed to be walked and I needed to move too (because it really does have a positive effect on my pain and mental health). I thought you might be in the same boat, so let's do it together. Get your dog, cat, ferret, or whatever it is you walk and listen to me talk as you go. Or, put this on while you do the dishes, the laundry, organize that pile of papers, or whatever else it is that you need to do. C'mon, friend, you can do it!
