As Associate Director of the Brainwave Learning Center, she develops collaborative efforts that bring together educators, students, and researchers to translate complex neuroscience into practical strategies for diverse classrooms. Her work is a clear example of how bridging scientific rigor with educational practice can transform learning by ensuring that research addresses real-world learning challenges and opportunities. One of the cornerstones of Dr. Gosavi’s approach is the concept of knowledge brokering, which she views not simply as a translation of science into practice but as a developmental, iterative process. This requires deep partnerships built on trust, constant dialogue, and flexibility to co-create the research agenda, methodology, and implementation with school communities.
