250 gm boiled elbow macaroni mince meat 250 gm oil 2 tbsp finely chopped onion 1 medium to large ginger grated 1/2 tbsp garlic grated 1 tbsp red bell pepper 1 cup yellow bell pepper 1 cup green onion 1 tbsp peeled and ground tomatoes 2 medium or 1 cup salt 1 tsp or to taste red chili pwd 1 tsp chili flakes 1 tsp b.pepper crushed 1/2 tsp roasted cumin pwd 1/2 tsp dried basil or oregano 1/2 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp chili sauce 1/2 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp pizza sauce 1/2 cup with 1 tbsp sugar or ketchup /sweet chili sauce 1/2 cup boiled macaroni water 1/2 cup first boil macaroni drain almost all water ,just keep 1/2 cup for later use. apply oil on macaroni and set a side now add 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add onion. saute for a minute then add mince meat with ginger and garlic. mix well and cook 3 to 4 minutes until mince change its color and dries out. then add all spices and sauces and mix well. add 1/2 to 1 cup water and cover the lid. cook the mince completely. when water gets dry add tomato puree or ground tomatoes and add pizza/sweet chili sauce/ketchup(any one you like) mix well and cook another 10 minutes on low flame. don`t dry out all the moisture this time. add sugar with pizza sauce as it is not sweet at all . after 10 minutes add bell peppers and boiled macaroni and mix gently. add macaroni water as well.simmer 2 ,3 minutes garnish with green onion or coriander chopped then serve.
