📎食譜 Recipe📎 材料配方 Ingredients: (約25個曲奇 / Approximately 25pcs cookies) 有鹽黃油 50克 / Salted butter 50g 糖粉 30克 / Icing sugar 30g 蛋黃 1/2 / Egg yolk 1/2 中筋麵粉 75克 / Plain flour 75g 玉米澱粉 25克 / Corn flour 25g 奶粉10克 / Milk powder 10g 鮮奶 25克 / Milk 25g 伯爵茶包 1/2包 / Earl grey teabag 1/2 packet 製作步驟 Instructions: 1.將鮮奶和茶包的茶碎放入鍋裏,開小火煮,用刮刀輕輕的攪拌。隨著牛奶的溫度上升, 奶茶的顔色慢慢的出來, 煮到冒熱氣和出現小氣泡,之後就可以離火, 放涼備用。 Put the milk and tea bags into the pot, cook at low heat, stir gently with a spatula. As the temperature of the milk rises, the color of the milk and the tea slowly emerges. Cook until there is hot air and small bubbles appear, then it can be removed from the fire. Let it cool and set aside for later use. 2.將軟化奶油放入攪拌盆中,用打蛋器攪拌至乳霜狀,之後加入過篩的糖粉攪拌均匀至呈現淺黃色。 Place the softened salted butter in a mixing bowl and beat until it is creamy. Then add in sifted icing sugar and mix well until light and fluffy. 3.加入蛋黃液攪拌均匀。 Add egg yolk mixture and stir well. 4.加入奶茶繼續攪拌混匀。 Add milk tea and continue stir well. 5.加入過篩的中筋麵粉,玉米澱粉和奶粉攪拌混匀。 Add the sifted plain flour, corn flour and milk powder and mix well. 6.將麵糊放入裱花袋,然後在備用的烤盤上擠出花型。 Transfer the dough into the piping bag, then squeeze out the flower pattern on the prepared baking tray. 7.預熱烤箱170攝氏度,烘烤13-15分鐘(每一台的烤箱不同,請大家自己斟酌烤箱温度与时间)。 从烤箱中取出, 在烤盤上晾涼5-8分鐘,之後將曲奇轉移到凉架上繼續晾涼。完全放涼後,就可以享用啦!伯爵紅茶曲奇的口感酥酥脆脆,不甜不膩,茶香中和了曲奇的甜膩感,清香酥脆,散發著陣陣的茶香味,太好吃了!
