On the surface Western countries like England appear to be gender equal, men and women are free to go as they please, they are able to apply for most jobs etc. But scratch away a little at this initial perception and things are not as they seem. Shefali talks about the ways we can better increase gender equality in our society through story telling and correcting untrue stereotypes. Shefali is an academician, teacher and advocate of gender inclusion. She writes and speaks about relevant, pressing issues in the domain and believes in the need for change.
