In today’s video I am talking about how the fearful avoidant attachment also known as the disorganised attachment style may result in depression and feeling isolated. With fearful avoidant attachment comes meanings that are aligned with pain and the emotions of sadness and fear. And that pain and sadness won’t allow us to explore and develop healthy relationships. I’ll explain how to undo these meanings. Also, I’ll be talking about how this attachment style may interfere with our ability to maintain healthy relationships and how we can heal ourselves. This attachment trauma affects our experience of closeness and the ability to be present with our loved ones. Instead of experiencing isolation, fear, sadness, loss, and pain. When there is sadness and fear, there will be the manifestation of depression. And that’s why this attachment and it’s vicious cycle may lead to that experience.
