My scoliosis started me on this path (wore a back brace for five years!) and I am here to share what I have learned so that you can help yourself too! I never played sports, danced, did gymnastics or anything like that growing up. Quite contrary I was not active at all due to a huge back brace I had to wear for 5 years. I just felt like a blob swimming in my body always feeling weak and never feeling good or healthy. I always wanted to be stronger like the other kids around me who played sports or were in gymnastics or danced and cheered but my scoliosis and backbrace didn’t allow for any of that so I dreamed and dreamed…… I’m best at connecting with my clients and their goals by bringing clarity to how their body works and why they may be struggling to achieve long term results. I am always looking for ways to bring this knowledge to more people because I believe that feeling healthy and strong gives us joy to live life with positive energy and resilience making us better friends, parents, spouses and people.
