. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . „The Danube Waves” waltz, composed by Josif Ivanovici was used as a musical theme for the second American film made by Joseph Sternberg with Marlene Dietrich in the main role – playing a spy and agent nicknamed X-27. The film was titled “Dishonored”. In Poland its title was – “X-27”, and this description we may find also on the label of the 1931 Syrena-Electro record with the music made by the orchestra of Hawaiian guitars led and conducted by the instrumentalist, Kazimierz Englard.
