东汉时期，墓葬中的陶俑非常丰富。汉代结束以后，厚葬风气被制止，俑的种类变少，制作也不够精细。东晋时期中的俑体现出了阳刚之气。唐代墓葬中有反映盛唐生活的唐三彩。到了宋代，民间丧葬习俗发生了重大的转变，俑的制作急剧减少。虽然俑在形体上已经消亡，但这些栩栩如生的泥人依旧向我们讲述着精彩的故事。 During the Eastern Han Dynasty, the pottery figurines in the tombs were very rich. After the end of the Han Dynasty, the atmosphere of extravagant burial was stopped, the types of figurines became fewer, and the production was not that fine. The figurines in the Eastern Jin Dynasty showed masculinity. Tang Tri-Color Glazed Ceramics in the tombs of the Tang Dynasty reflected the life of the Tang Dynasty. In the Song Dynasty, the folk funeral customs underwent a major change, and the production of figurines was drastically reduced.
