Easy to follow, no jumping, small space friendly, designed to build strength, improve endurance and get your heart rate up :) We’ll move through 3 circuits with 3 exercises x 3 rounds per circuit, performing each movement for 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest in between each round and a longer 1-minute rest in between each circuit. Expect a powerful mix of squats, swings, rows, presses, and core work! All you’ll need for today’s workout is a yoga mat, one light and one medium kettlebell.
