Historic Anglia Gasser HIDDEN for 50+ Years

The artwork on this car, dated 1964 is a thing of beauty! This Anglia gasser is a piece of Georgia drag racing history, and I can't wait to uncover some of its racing background. This car has been hidden away for decades, as it has been well over 50 years since it was last raced. This car ran in the top Gas Coupe and Sedan class, which was called A/Gas and I'm learning new details about it every day. It had a small block Chevrolet engine back in the 1960's and now features a supercharged small block Chevy. It's still rolling on the original Halibrand magnesium wheels, but the tires have been updated to modern standards. There are tons of original details still hanging in there, but the current owner plans to put this car back on the track, so he's making a few changes. This is yet another research project for the Hot Rod Hoarder, and I'll be sure to report my findings in a future video.
