From the Mountains of Santa Barbara: The story of Jobneel and his coffee farms

Jobneel Caceres Dios is a dedicated coffee producer from the Santa Bárbara mountain in Honduras. Tim first met Jobneel Caceres Dios in 2010, and since then they have worked closely together in order to improve the quality of the coffees that Jobneel produces on his four farms, Nacimiento, Cielito Lindo, el Vikingo and Bertha. What began as a small collaboration has grown into a long-term relationship built on trust, shared curiosity, and a constant pursuit of better coffee. Over the years, Jobneel and Tim have worked together in order to develop Jobneel's farms. Everything from farming practices, processing methods, planting new cultivars, and logistics have been refined in order to produce better coffees year after year. Jobneel´s commitment to careful farm management and thoughtful experimentation has made him one of the most respected coffee producers in the Santa Barbara mountain.
