Joshua Adeyemi is a multi-award-winning adventurer, content creator, and co-founder of Black Scottish Adventurers (BSA). Through his content, Joshua raises awareness about the importance of spending time outdoors, environmental sustainability, and the transformative impact nature can have on physical and mental well-being. His outdoor journey began with walks around Edinburgh, but his passion for the natural world quickly grew, leading him to tackle Corbetts and Munros. During his adventures, he noticed a significant lack of representation in outdoor spaces, which inspired the creation of Black Scottish Adventurers. Launched in 2022, BSA aims to support ethnic minorities in Scotland by helping them connect with the great outdoors, promoting environmental sustainability, and encouraging the protection of the planet. Since its inception, BSA has experienced remarkable growth, with a community of over 3,000 active members. The organization provides guidance on where to go, what to do, and how to embrace outdoor activities, all while fostering a sense of belonging and combating loneliness. Black Scottish Adventurers has not only inspired individuals within their community but also motivated people worldwide to explore nature, break barriers, and achieve what they once thought impossible.
