He worked there for two to three years, improving his cooking skills and finding his passion in the kitchen. Chef James eventually got an offer to work as a Chef de Partie at a golf club that runs several hotels in London, where he became a sous-chef at the age of 19. He later transferred to a Michelin Star restaurant called Pennyhill Park, where his skills drastically improved. Chef James’ pursuit of his passion for cooking has led him to be a private chef, earning a comfortable amount while doing the thing he loves most.
