It was once the highest highway in the Philippines at 2,255 meters above sea level, but a higher point was later identified in Tinoc, Ifugao. Known for its foggy conditions, steep cliffs, and sharp turns, making it both stunning and challenging. A vital agriculture route, transporting fresh Benguet vegetables to markets in Baguio and beyond. Features one of the longest and highest bridges in the region, the Sabangan Bridge in Mountain Province. Part of the Pan-Philippine Highway, connecting different parts of the Cordillera region. Travelers often stop at the "Highest Point" marker, a famous photo-op location for bikers and tourists. 🔜 Stay tuned for Day 2!
