I made kotleti with green butter, meatballs, and sausages — all freezer-friendly, family-approved, and perfect for quick dinners without takeout. This is exactly how I meal prep as a full-time working mom with two young kids. A few focused hours now = stress-free dinners later and more time with my family 🤍 🧈 Kotleti with Green Butter (Freezer-Friendly): 700 g ground chicken 500 g ground pork 1 egg 100 g breadcrumbs 2 cloves garlic Salt & pepper Green Butter: Butter Lots of fresh herbs Garlic ➡️ Kotleti are not cooked before freezing. They are flash-frozen raw and stored in freezer bags. 🥩 Meatballs (Beef & Pork) 500 g ground beef 250 g ground pork 1 onion 1 egg 2 cloves garlic 100 g breadcrumbs 60 ml milk Salt & pepper ➡️ Bake, cool completely, then freeze. Reheat on a skillet with butter + splash of water (no microwave). 🌭 Homemade Sausages 500 g ground pork 250 g ground beef 1 onion 30 g cilantro Buttery steakhouse seasoning (Kinder’s) 20 g butter 2 cloves garlic Paprika ➡️ Flash-freeze raw so they’re perfect for grilling later. I used my food processor for everything, didn’t overthink it, and followed a simple written plan so nothing felt overwhelming. Meal prep doesn’t need to be perfect — it just needs to make life easier. ✨ More time outside. Less stress at dinner.
