Removal of the rear axle of a 2004 SMC Quadzilla 250 sports quad bike to replace worn bearings. This video describes the sequence of removal and demonstrates the rear axle being removed from the quad bike to replace worn bearings. The rear axle removal process may be similar for other quads made by Apache and Barossa but please check before dismantling or carrying out any work as this cannot be guaranteed. In the video there was only one lock nut shown, it is my understanding that the axle needs to have 2 lock nuts for safe operation. 2 x Bearing part numbers are Koyo 60072 RSC3 (I believe this number can also be used for other bearing manufacturers). 2 x Seals can be ordered by type and dimensions they are Seals 42x62x8 Nitrile Rubber Rotary Shaft Oil Seal. I am a hobbyist not a professional so please check with your own professionals before carrying out any work. I have also written this up as a "how to" on my website https://40nowwhat.co
