I go through the reasons why I think doctors are not interested in UARS. This I suspect is because we are trying to classify UARS using RERAs / RDI and Flow limitation rather than focusing on the core message that UARS is based on respiratory effort rather than arousals. I have to admit that this video is quite technical and although I have tried to make it accessible to as many people as possible, it will be hard to follow.
