Sorry for the document camera positioning! I realized that I could bring it farther out after the video was already made... Next time will be better :) BLAME! was a very interesting manga for me. What stuck out the most was the scale that Nihei was thinking on. Thousands of sectors, some that went on for thousands of kilometers. A story taking place over hundreds or thousands of years. Yet, regular humans were still trying to survive in this megacity. Nihei really creates a world that makes you want to understand it more. Yet, you never get to fully understand it, but it's in trying to do so that I think BLAME! becomes interesting. Biomega is a series that I'm only part way through. A virus is unleashed on a futuristic Earth that transforms humans into zombie-like creatures. Not unlike BLAME!, the protagonist(s) are trying to stop the destruction of humanity and save what they can of their doomed world. There's also a very cool bear.
