The fastest a group of cyclists can go is when riding in a pace line, also called riding through and off or riding in a chain gang. In this video, we'll show you how to efficiently share the workload in a group to mean you can ride as fast as possible! Pro teams will use this technique for team time trials. The double pace line Riders form a continuous chain motion where once a rider is past the front wheel of the rider they're overtaking, they will peel off.
