What I use to film : Sony ZV1 What I use to edit: iMovie ( on my Macbook ) Microphone: Razer Seiren Mini Another Budget Video: • * $30 BUDGET * vegan what i eat in a week... 0:00 intro + grocery haul 6:36 fooooood 22:20 recap + outro Dressing on top of salad @9:45 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1/2 tsp onion powder pinch of salt pinch of oregano 1/4 tsp paprika Dressing on top of salad @11:42 1/4 lemon juice 1/2 -1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1/4 smoked paprika 1/4 tsp onion powder pinch of salt 1 tsp maple syrup 1 pot dinner 16:05 2 cloves garlic 1/4 large onion 1/2 russet potato 2 small carrots 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1 tbsp oil 1/2 cup split beans ( soaked for several hours than drained ) 1/2 cup black beans ( soaked and boiled till tender ) 1/3 cup quinoa 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp chilli powder chilli flakes to taste 2 bay leaves 1 tsp oregano 3 tbsp franks hot sauce ( sub for a touch of cayenne + 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, lemon or lime juice salt to taste ( 1/2 - 1 tsp ) 1 cup of water "BBQ" beans @19:13 3/4 cup of soaked pinto beans ( boil until tender in salted water ) 1/4 large apple 1/8 large onion 1 garlic clove ( minced ) 1 tsp oil 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp salt cayenne to taste ( 1/8 tsp ) 1/2 tsp oregano black pepper to taste 1 tbsp coconut sugar 2 tbsp water sauté diced apple and onion in with oil on low-med heat until soft ( 5-6 min ). Add all spices and sauté for 1 more min. Add beans, along with coconut sugar and water.
