TJ Manotoc shares how his journey with depression and anxiety led him to his purpose | Part 1

In 2018, TJ Manotoc’s “You Will Be Alright” video, where he opened up about his struggles with depression and anxiety, became viral. In the video, he talked about his high school life in Ateneo, that what started as daily insomnia began to worsen, eventually leading to his hospitalization for psychosis. While TJ’s journey through that time in his life was not easy, eventually, he learned how to let go of his stresses, finding peace in what he can do and what he could not. “There are so many things in life that I have no control over.” TJ became one of the earliest advocates of mental health. Armed with all the pain and learnings from his battle with depression and anxiety, he began to rediscover himself and the mission that was laid out for him. “Your pain is your biggest purpose.
