If you are after a milder taste, you may omit the miso sauce and just serve with the simmering leftover of flavorful dashi & tamari/ soy sauce. Daikon radish is a very low-calorie vegetable with impressive nutrition profile such as high vitamin C, folate, calcium, magnesium and copper etc. It has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antiviral and diuretic properties as well as the enzyme Myrosinase which significantly enhance cancer-fighting power in the body. Natto, the Japanese superfood is a fermented soybean dish. It contains fiber, probiotics, vitamin K2 and nattokinase.
