Delicious Comfort Food Recipe, Garage Makeover Kickoff

Make my favorite comfort food meal with me and then we'll kick off our garage makeover where we store canned goods. I can't wait to see where this goes. Chicken Enchilada Recipe (the amounts are approximate. I don't always measure everything) 3 C. Chicken, cooked and shredded 6 oz. Cream Cheese 1/2 can Cream of Chicken 1 1/2 tsp. Taco Seasoning Heat chicken and season as desired and add the rest of the ingredients. Keep on low heat until cream cheese is melted and well combined. Sauce: 1/2 can Cream of Chicken 1 can Cream of Mushroom 1/2 C. Sour Cream Spread 1/2 of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place 1/4-1/2 C of chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Roll up tightly and place on top of sauce. Spread remaining sauce mixture on top of the enchiladas.
