For a long time, I was tired in a way rest couldn’t fix. My life looked full on the outside, but inside my nervous system was constantly on edge. This video is a reflection on the choices I made when I realised that healing, balance, and peace required something very simple — less. In this episode, I share 13 things I quit as part of my journey toward a slower, more mindful life. Not as rules or advice, but as lived experience. These changes supported my healing from PTSD, helped regulate my nervous system, and allowed me to move through life with more presence, clarity, and self-trust.
