Ingrediënts: Passata 1kg ground beef 2 small onions or 1 big onion 2-3 cloves of garlic (optional) 2 large carrots 2 chicken bouillon cubes Olive oil 7 spice Ground clove (or whole) Salt Pepper Sugar Steps: 1. Pour olive oil in a pot (double the amount you think you'd use), soften the onion and garlic on medium heat without browning, afterwards add carrots and stir until softened. 2. Dump the ground beef into the pot, squish into small parts until no more raw meat is visible or large chunks of meat. Add 1 chicken bouillon cube and half the spices. 3. Add the passata (varying amount depending on brand of passata, also add half a glass of water if you want it a bit more watery), stir around, add remaining bouillon cube, spices and sugar. Bring sauce to a boil before bringing the heat down to low-medium heat so it simmers. 4. Let simmer for 30-40 minutes. Tasting throughout and adjusting as needed. 5.
