💯 Total Training: Mobility 🌀, Strength 🏋️♀️, Dance 💃🏼, and GAP 🦵🏻 (including stretching) FULL CLASS (Mobility, Strength, Dance, GAP) 55 min. On the channel, there is only one routine similar to this one. I did it during the lockdown period, and it was a charitable routine for the Red Cross. Overall, you liked it a lot, and I was eager to do something similar again. So, what do these types of classes consist of? Well, let me tell you that they remind me a lot of my time as an Aerobics instructor when I mixed warm-up, aerobic sequences, a bit of toning or strength work, and ended with a good stretch. In this case, the order is as follows: Mobility (10 min): A great way to start a workout is by giving mobility to our joints and stretching our muscles. Not only does it feel great while doing it, but it is also noticeable later during the strength training where we can increase the range of motion in the exercises. Strength (25 min): Using dumbbells of 5 kilos and 7.5 kilos, in other words, with heavy weights, we will work all muscle groups in a combined manner, alternating upper body and lower body work. This is the most intense part of the routine. Dance (5 min): A short and very simple dance sequence to add dynamism to the workout and to satisfy those of us who love to dance with that dose of movement we enjoy so much. GAP (10 min): Toning work for the lower body (glutes, legs, and abdomen) in which we will use ankle weights; mine are 1 kilo. We use lighter weights and body weight, but you will feel a good workout in that entire area. Stretching (5 min): Necessary and very welcome stretching for the whole body, lying down, to the rhythm of the guitar. It's wonderful!
